At LiveEdu, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how we handle returns and refunds. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return products within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • The item must not be a final sale or clearance product.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photographs (if applicable) showing the condition of the item.

Once we approve your return request, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@liveedu.click. We may offer a replacement or full refund for defective items, including covering return shipping costs.

5. Exceptions

Some products may not be eligible for return or refund. These include:

  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale.
